TITLE: Sr. Compensation Analyst

LOCATION: Western Philadelphia Suburbs

DESCRIPTION: Our client, a national multi-channel retailing leader, is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to add to their Human Resources team. This analyst will interface extensively with the area HR Representative/ Manager for assigned client groups. Provide advice on the handling of wage and salary issues. Evaluate positions utilizing external market data and internal equity analysis. Develop job descriptions with assigned client groups which accurately depict the duties and responsibilities of the designated positions. Complete and analyze salary surveys to determine market value of company positions. Update and maintain the salary survey data. Calculate wage and salary increases in accordance with company policies, procedures, and salaries, and other related issues. Assist in developing annual merit increase plan and salary structure movement to ensure company compensation plan is competitive in the area labor market.

REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years compensation experience is required. Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent is required. Must possess a working knowledge of compensation policies and practices and an excellent working knowledge of compensation related law. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required, as well as superior analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work with and interact with company personnel at all levels.

SALARY: $50K- $60K + bonus
